Regional Service Technician / Caretaker

About the role

The Regional Service Technician / Caretaker is responsible for maintaining, repairing and servicing a variety of technical equipment across the Zagreb and Varaždin regions for Hrvatska Lutrija.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain, repair and service technical equipment, identify defects and faults in facilities.
• Install and repair online equipment and other technical devices.
• Order materials for repairs and coordinate procurement of spare parts and tools.
• Perform electrical‑installation work and minor interior repairs as needed.
• Document work, report issues to supervisors and create service reports.

Required profile

• Secondary school technical education in electrotechnics (or equivalent technical/vocational qualification).
• At least 1 year of experience in similar maintenance or service roles.
• Organisational skills and a valid B‑category driver’s licence.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office.

Required skills

• Electrotechnical knowledge.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
