About the role

The Cashier Referent will support the finance team by ensuring accurate cash register reporting across our sales centres. This position involves daily data handling, reconciliation of cash and card transactions, and collaboration with sales to correct reporting errors.

Key responsibilities

• Control and verify cash register reports from sales centres, correcting errors in cooperation with sales staff.
• Perform daily transmission of cash register data.
• Link and close cash and card receivable items, posting fee expenses.
• Assist in monitoring fiscalization of fiscal devices.
• Reconcile receivables with banks and card issuers based on card transactions.

Required profile

• Minimum secondary education.
• At least 1 year of experience in accounting tasks, preferably related to cash register control.
• Basic knowledge of English or German.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy and data‑processing orientation.

Required skills

• SAP (knowledge of posting entries).
