About the role

We are looking for an Accounting Clerk (male/female) to join our finance team in Sesvete. The role involves handling daily accounting tasks, liaising with partners and banks, and supporting month‑end closing.

Key responsibilities

• Record incoming and outgoing invoices and process VAT calculations.
• Communicate with business partners, handle correspondence and approvals.
• Post interest accruals on loans, monitor loan balances and monthly interest.
• Prepare monthly cost data for production accounting and issue pre‑payment invoices.
• Manage compensations, account balances, collections and monthly production calculations.
• Reconcile production costs, verify and close monthly accounts.
• Handle e‑invoicing (Fiskapp), generate statistical reports and maintain bank communications.
• Prepare annual reconciliations with partners and compile final accounts.
• Produce management reports.

Required profile

• Higher education in economics (SSS/VŠS/VSS).
• Good spoken and written English.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Highly organized, responsible and ambitious.
• Willingness to learn and adapt.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
