About the role

The company is looking for a Personnel Cost Controlling Officer to join its Zagreb team. You will be responsible for monitoring, analysing and reporting on staff‑related expenses, supporting sales managers and ensuring accurate cost planning across the network of stores.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and analyse reports and KPI indicators related to personnel costs.
• Analyse cost data and propose improvements to existing processes.
• Support sales managers in budgeting personnel expenses and contribute to the creation of cost plans.
• Monitor staffing plans in branches and provide advisory support for workforce planning.

Required profile

• Completed secondary education with an economic focus.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical mindset and a keen sense for numbers.
• Independent, systematic work style with careful handling of sensitive information.
• Entrepreneurial attitude and a hands‑on approach to tasks.
• Proficiency in the German language.
