About the role

Rebuy Stars d.o.o., a gaming operator, is looking for a responsible and motivated Receptionist to join its club in the Supernova Buzin shopping centre. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere.

Key responsibilities

• Identify players as they enter the club.
• Enter and verify guest information in the internal system.
• Provide basic information and services to visitors.
• Maintain a tidy reception area and create a positive first impression.

Required profile

• Strong communication and organisational abilities.
• Reliability, accuracy and a genuine interest in working with people.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights, Sundays and holidays.
• Basic computer literacy for data entry and verification.
• No prior experience required, though reception or administrative background is a plus.
