R&D Software Engineer – Windows GUI for Remote Vehicles

About the role

We are looking for a motivated R&D Software Engineer to join our Zagreb team. You will work on a Windows desktop GUI application that controls remote‑operated vehicles used in hazardous environments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a Windows desktop graphical user interface for remote‑controlled vehicles.
• Design both the frontend user interface and the backend application logic.
• Integrate a wide range of subsystems into a cohesive solution.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, ensuring high professional standards.
• Collaborate in a multidisciplinary research, development, and engineering environment.
• Perform quality‑assurance activities such as code reviews, test creation, debugging, and performance optimisation.

Required profile

• MSc or BSc in Computer Engineering or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of industry experience in software development.
