About the role

Deceuninck is looking for motivated warehouse workers to join its logistics team in Donja Bistra, Croatia. You will be responsible for preparing and dispatching goods, ensuring accurate inventory and maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and sort merchandise for customers and delivery.
• Load, unload and handle goods within the warehouse.
• Operate warehouse equipment and tools safely.
• Inspect goods and report visible damages.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure stock accuracy.
• Maintain order and cleanliness in the warehouse and shared areas.
• Follow safety rules and work procedures.
• Collaborate with colleagues and support the team as needed.

Required profile

• Completed at least secondary vocational education.
• Preferably experience in warehouse or similar roles.
• Forklift operation experience and a valid forklift licence are a plus.
• Category B driving licence.
• Basic computer literacy (MS Office) and willingness to work with a scanner.
• Knowledge of SAP and English is advantageous.
• Readiness for shift work.
• Responsible and conscientious work attitude.
