About the role

We are looking for a Mechanical Maintenance Worker to join our production site in Zagreb. The role involves ensuring the reliable operation of process equipment through preventive and corrective maintenance, supporting continuous production.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of process equipment and related systems according to plans, procedures and manufacturer guidelines.
• Assemble and disassemble process equipment as required.
• Check, adjust and parameterise production equipment for manufacturing.
• Test functional and quality performance of equipment and systems.
• Document all maintenance activities in accordance with written procedures.
• Properly use and maintain tools, instruments and accessories.
• Participate in technical improvements of work equipment and ancillary systems.

Required profile

• Secondary technical education in mechanical engineering, fine mechanics, mechatronics or related fields.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office).
• Basic knowledge of English.
• Willingness to work in three shifts, Monday to Friday.
