About the role
The Accounting‑Administrative Officer will support the finance department of our Zagreb branch by ensuring accurate bookkeeping, compliance with local regulations, and smooth administrative processes.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare internal financial regulations and accounting policies in line with local legislation.
- Verify invoices and contracts for correctness.
- Record incoming and outgoing invoices according to company and legal requirements.
- Calculate and document travel expense claims.
- Maintain and safeguard bank documentation.
- Monitor updates to legal regulations affecting the department.
- Prepare daily account status reports.
- Provide administrative assistance to the department as needed.
- Perform other tasks assigned by supervisors.
Required profile
- Proficiency in spoken and written English (mandatory).
- High sense of responsibility, neatness and reliability.
- Strong communication skills and professional conduct.
