About the role

We are looking for an Accounting Administrator to manage day‑to‑day bookkeeping and financial reporting for our company in Zagreb. The role involves handling invoices, bank statements, tax calculations and payroll processing.

Key responsibilities

Posting incoming and outgoing invoices
Recording bank statements
Calculating VAT and other tax obligations
Processing payroll and employee allowances
Reconciling accounting records
Monitoring legal regulations
Working with the Pantheon accounting software
