About the role

Join the finance team of a well‑established Croatian retail chain. You will be responsible for handling a wide range of accounting and bookkeeping tasks, ensuring that all financial records are accurate, organized, and compliant.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle accounting and bookkeeping processes.
• Post incoming and outgoing invoices (URA/IRA) for domestic and foreign partners.
• Record bank statements and monitor cash flow.
• Prepare cash‑register and payroll calculations.
• Reconcile customer and supplier accounts and coordinate with the Tax Administration.
• Control the general ledger and align it with inventory accounting.
• Maintain inventory‑material accounting.
• Produce VAT reports.
• Execute payments via e‑banking platforms.
• Support additional accounting activities as needed.

Required profile

• Higher education in economics (SSS/VŠS/VSS).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in similar accounting roles.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work independently.
• Good organizational skills and willingness to collaborate within a team.

Required skills

• Proficient use of Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with the e‑Računi accounting system.
