About the role

We are looking for a motivated accountant to join our growing team in Rijeka. You will handle a variety of bookkeeping and administrative tasks in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, enter, process, post, issue and deliver orders in the system
• Verify and process payments for orders
• Answer phone calls and communicate with customers
• Post incoming and outgoing invoices
• Maintain accounting records
• Reconcile customer and supplier cards
• Prepare documentation for the accounting department
• Calculate VAT and perform other accounting duties
• Prepare reports and provide administrative support to the business

Required profile

• Experience in bookkeeping, accounting and administration
• Strong organizational skills, responsibility and precision
• Excellent communication skills and a courteous approach to customers
• Ability to work independently and set priorities
