Quality Inspector

About the role

Jabil is looking for a Quality Inspector in Osijek to make sure its products meet high standards throughout production. You will work closely with the quality and manufacturing teams, inspecting parts and products with various tools so that everything is up to spec before reaching customers.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect products at incoming, in-process and final stages to ensure quality and reliability
• Use micrometers, calipers and vision systems to check measurements and product features
• Identify defects such as contamination, colour variation or mechanical issues
• Keep accurate records of inspections and measurements, following GMP and maintaining documentation
• Support quality initiatives and keep inspection equipment clean and ready
• Enter inspection data into the system and help with packaging and labelling of inspected parts
• Occasionally assist with special studies and improvement projects

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Some experience in quality control, manufacturing or injection moulding is preferred
• Ability to read technical drawings and good attention to detail
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Rotating shifts are required, with an additional shift allowance for eligible hours

Required skills

• Using measuring tools and reading technical drawings
• Basic computer skills, especially MS Office
