Project Scheduler (m/f)

About the role

Vertiv Croatia is looking for a Project Scheduler to join its team in Zagreb. The role covers creating, monitoring and analysing project schedules according to best project practice, tracking and reporting project information, and coordinating schedules, tasks and reports.

Key responsibilities

• Create, monitor and analyse project schedules in line with best project practice
• Track, analyse and report information so project teams can manage their projects and evaluate weekly reports
• Ensure accuracy of schedules and perform version control
• Coordinate schedules, tasks, meeting updates and distribution of reports
• Prepare, implement and monitor scopes of work using a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
• Monitor project progress, identify critical activities and review forecasts and progress achieved
• Maintain the project risk register and track baselines, perform what-if analysis and develop contingency plans
• Develop conceptual models for the Business Capability traceability matrix
• Coordinate cross-functional departments, monitor action items and work with the project manager to resolve issues

Required profile

• At least one year of related work experience in the construction industry or as a project scheduler
• Strong written and verbal communication, analytical and planning skills
• Ability to learn quickly and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Good attention to detail, organisational and time-management skills
• Confidentiality, teamwork and willingness to lead when needed

Required skills

• Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet applications
• Project scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or MS Project
