About the role
We are looking for a Project Procurement Coordinator to join our naval systems division, supporting the supply of high‑quality solutions to the shipbuilding industry. The role involves coordinating procurement activities across multiple international stakeholders and ensuring contracts are managed efficiently.
Required profile
- Bachelor or Master degree.
- Minimum 5 years of procurement experience, preferably in shipbuilding or a large industrial environment.
- Excellent written communication in Croatian and English.
- Proven functional leadership and strong negotiation abilities.
- Solid understanding of contract law and project management principles.
- Highly organized, self‑driven and able to multitask.
Required skills
- Advanced MS Excel and MS Office proficiency.
- Project management certification (IPMA or PMP) preferred.
