Procurement Expert (m/f)

About the role

We are looking for a Procurement Expert to coordinate complex purchasing projects and strategic sourcing for naval solutions in the shipbuilding industry. The role involves close collaboration with international suppliers and cross‑functional project teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage complex procurement packages, including supplier negotiations, contractual deviations, claims handling and commercial risk mitigation.
• Coordinate cross‑functional project teams and international suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high‑quality naval components.

Required profile

• Bachelor or Master degree.
• Minimum 7 years of procurement experience, preferably in shipbuilding or large‑scale industrial environments.
• Proven ability to act as a subject‑matter expert on procurement‑related topics.
• Strong written communication skills in Croatian and English.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with MS Excel.
• Proficient use of the MS Office suite.
