About the role
The company is looking for a qualified construction engineer to lead projects and manage construction sites in Zagreb. You will be responsible for organizing daily activities, ensuring work is carried out safely and on schedule, and coordinating with all stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, organise and supervise construction activities on site.
- Monitor progress, quality and safety standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams.
- Maintain documentation and report on project status.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and company procedures.
Required profile
- Minimum three years of experience in a similar project or site management role.
- Strong organisational and leadership abilities.
- Reliable, responsible and professional attitude.
- Valid B‑category driver’s licence.
Required skills
- Computer literacy (basic office software).
