About the role
The company Mall Osijek is looking for a Construction‑Technical Manager to lead the technical activities related to the maintenance of the shopping centre building. The role includes planning, supervising and ensuring the quality of maintenance works, coordinating with contractors and ensuring compliance with safety and technical standards.
Required profile
- Graduated civil engineering engineer.
- At least five years of experience in similar construction‑technical maintenance roles.
- Good command of the English language.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and AutoCAD.
- Valid category B driving licence.
