Project Engineering Mid CSA Engineer (m/f)

About the role

We are looking for a Project Engineering Mid CSA Engineer to join our dynamic team in Zagreb, Croatia. The CSA (Civil, Structural, Architectural) engineer will deliver customized solutions for data‑center and telecom projects, designing modular buildings and ensuring seamless integration with mechanical, electrical and fire‑protection disciplines.

Key responsibilities

• Co‑operate with the design team to develop construction documentation (CD) sets.
• Prepare bills of quantity for module execution in the Rugvica factory.
• Design, order and supervise secondary steel structures such as girders, platforms, bases and roof elements.
• Manage construction administration activities including as‑built documentation, FAT procedures, installation manuals and punch‑list support.
• Provide engineering supervision during steel‑structure production and module equipping.
• Collaborate with project management, sourcing, quality control, manufacturing, testing and construction teams to define and execute deployment strategies.
• Support pre‑sales activities, post‑delivery customer support and multiple parallel projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical engineering (process, energy, thermotechnics, modelling or simulations).
• 5+ years of experience in similar civil/structural/architectural engineering roles.
• Minimum English proficiency at B2 level.
• Willingness to travel 20‑30% and work across office, factory and site environments.

Required skills

• Proficient use of Windows and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Advanced modelling with Autodesk AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit is a plus.
