Product Manager – Financial Planning (Travel Industry)

About the role

We are seeking a Product Manager focused on financial planning for our Dubrovnik office. The role will drive monthly profit and loss forecasts, maintain critical data flows and support vendor contract administration across our travel brands.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and analyse monthly product P&L forecasts, delivering actionable insights to improve financial performance.
• Maintain an internal flowchart covering program departures, flight and hotel details.
• Oversee vendor contracts and costs, ensuring compliance with agreements and budget guidelines.
• Update and safeguard internal databases to guarantee data integrity for program and vendor reporting.
• Provide administrative support to the Contracting team, including preparation and management of contractual documents.
• Review marketing materials for accuracy and communicate itinerary changes through database forms.
• Perform additional tasks as directed by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and the broader Office suite.
• Fluent written and spoken English with strong communication skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in financial data handling.
• Ability to learn new systems quickly and work autonomously in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong organisational skills with the capacity to prioritize and meet deadlines.
