About the role

Join the bakery department of a leading supermarket chain in Umag. You will be the first friendly face customers see, ensuring a fast and pleasant shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Keep shelves fully stocked, products attractively displayed and accurately labelled.
• Monitor freshness and expiry dates, especially for bakery, fruit and vegetable sections.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the sales area so the store always looks excellent.
• Assist with receiving goods and support colleagues in other departments, demonstrating proactive teamwork.

Required profile

• Motivated with a strong work ethic; secondary education is required.
• Friendly, approachable and enjoys communicating with customers.
• Proactive and detail‑oriented, ensuring correct pricing and tidy shelves.
• Reliable, responsible and ready to help teammates.
• Comfortable working shifts, including weekends.
