About the role
We are looking for a friendly and motivated sales associate to join our U.S.POLO ASSN store located in the Tower Centre, Rijeka. The role involves direct interaction with customers, handling transactions and supporting store operations.
Key responsibilities
- Labeling and arranging merchandise on the shop floor
- Preparing displays for promotions and sales events
- Active selling and assisting customers with product inquiries
- Operating the cash register and processing payments
- Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the store
- Performing other general retail duties as needed
Required profile
- Excellent verbal communication skills with customers and team members
- High level of politeness, patience and customer‑service orientation
- Responsible, flexible and able to adapt to changing store needs
- Preferably experience working with clothing retail
