About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic sales associate to join our Deichmann shoe store in Zagreb. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them find the right footwear and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers, providing product information and recommendations.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain store presentation, including merchandising and stock organization.
- Replenish inventory on the shop floor and handle deliveries.
- Support promotional activities and achieve sales targets.
Required profile
- Completed secondary vocational education (SSS).
- Motivated and eager to work as part of a team.
- Responsible, reliable and punctual.
