About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic sales associates to join our flower shop teams in Zagreb and Split. You will be the face of the store, helping customers find the perfect floral arrangements while maintaining a welcoming environment.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with customers and provide personalized service.
• Operate the cash register and handle monetary transactions responsibly.
• Maintain the visual appearance of the shop, including displays and décor.
• Create flower arrangements and decorative pieces for various occasions.
• Label, stock, and organize merchandise.
• Perform basic administrative tasks.
• Ensure the store remains clean and orderly.

Required profile

• High sense of responsibility and independence.
• Good spoken English.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Strong attention to detail, order, fashion and design.
• Ability to handle cash with care.
• Driving licence category B is desirable but not mandatory.
