About the role

Servus d.o.o. is looking for enthusiastic sales professionals to join its optical retail locations in Rijeka, Split and Gospić. As a Sales Associate / Optician you will help customers choose sunglasses and prescription lenses while ensuring the store presents a welcoming and well‑maintained environment.

Key responsibilities

Sell sunglasses and prescription eyewear to customers.
Provide advice and assistance throughout the purchase process.
Maintain product displays and overall store appearance.
Receive, organize and stock merchandise; conduct inventory checks.
Drive sales growth within the store and meet set targets.

Required profile

Previous experience in retail sales; experience in an optical shop is a plus.
Good command of the English language.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Team‑oriented, responsible and reliable.

Required skills

Proficiency with MS Office applications.
