About the role

The position is a Sales Advisor in a T‑Center of Hrvatski Telekom, operating in the retail stores of Rijeka, Split and Dubrovnik. You will greet customers, understand their needs and promote telecom products and services while achieving sales targets. The role involves advising on mobile plans, devices and value‑added services, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Required profile

Interest in sales and a passion for helping customers.
Strong communication skills and patience to listen attentively.
Problem‑solving mindset focused on reaching goals.
