About the role

The company is looking for a motivated sales associate to work at various retail locations across Istria and the Kvarner region. You will be responsible for serving customers, handling food and beverage sales, and ensuring smooth store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, sell, and serve food, drinks and other products in line with company guidelines.
• Provide professional advice to customers and manage product ordering and inventory.
• Receive, control, and record incoming goods, maintaining accurate sales records.
• Identify and address inventory shortages, conducting regular and special inventories.
• Perform all tasks according to applicable regulations, internal instructions and good business practice.

Required profile

• Completed secondary education.
• Strong communication and sales abilities.
• Willingness to work in shift schedules.
