About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic sales associates (male/female) to work in our MASS and SKECHERS stores across several Croatian cities. You will be part of a dynamic retail environment, helping customers find the perfect footwear and fashion items.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers on the shop floor, offering product knowledge and personalized recommendations.
• Maintain store presentation standards and ensure merchandise is well displayed.
• Process sales transactions accurately and handle cash registers.
• Participate in regular training sessions to improve sales techniques and customer service.
• Contribute to achieving store sales targets and earn performance bonuses.

Required profile

• Dynamic, communicative, and conscientious individuals who love fashion.
• Enjoy working directly with customers and handling sales challenges.
• No formal education required; motivation and attitude are key.
