About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Associate to join our flower shop in Zagreb. You will be responsible for selling cut flowers, plants and related products while providing friendly advice to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Sell cut flowers, plants and accompanying assortment.
• Serve and advise customers.
• Receive, organize and display merchandise.
• Maintain freshness, quality, tidiness and cleanliness of the sales area.
• Prepare offers and process orders.
• Maintain good relationships with existing customers and develop new business.
• Issue goods to sales representatives.
• Conduct inventory counts.

Required profile

• Organizational skills, initiative and independent problem‑solving.
• Comfortable using a computer, mobile applications and stock‑management software.
• Excellent communication with the purchasing department and potential customers.
• Open, communicative and confident when interacting with new people.
• Experience in sales is preferred; experience in floristry is a plus but not mandatory.
• Team‑player attitude in a dynamic environment.
• Driving licence category B is an advantage.
