About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Associate (male/female) to join our fashion retail stores in Croatia. The role involves direct interaction with customers, driving sales, and maintaining the presentation of merchandise in a dynamic, proactive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets through effective customer communication.
• Provide professional and courteous service, presenting and selling products while handling payments.
• Receive, label, and display merchandise correctly, ensuring price visibility and proper declaration.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound stock movements with the central warehouse and other branches.
• Prepare inventory checks and maintain a tidy, attractive sales floor and storefront.

Required profile

• Completed secondary education.
• Previous sales experience, preferably in the textile or fashion sector.
• Experience operating a PC‑based cash register and POS terminals.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication skills, responsibility, independence, and a proactive attitude toward learning.
