About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic sales associates to join our Baby Center stores across Croatia. You will work directly with customers, helping them find the right products for their families while ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Actively sell merchandise and operate the cash register.
• Provide product information and professional advice to customers.
• Prepare goods and sales areas, including merchandising and display setup.
• Handle simple customer complaints and returns.
• Maintain the cleanliness and order of the shop floor, storeroom, and window displays.

Required profile

• Minimum secondary school education (SSS).
• Commitment, reliability, and punctuality.
• Good communication skills and a friendly attitude toward customers.
• Basic computer literacy.
