About the role

Lidl is looking for a motivated Sales Associate to join its Dubrovnik (Gruž) store. You will be the face of the shop, helping customers and keeping the store running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Operate the cash register and provide friendly customer service.
• Stock shelves, replenish merchandise and keep product displays tidy.
• Maintain store cleanliness and ensure a pleasant shopping environment.

Required profile

• Completed secondary education (KV/SSS).
• Willingness to work in shifts and handle flexible schedules.
• Responsible, enjoys working with people and is a team player.

What we offer

• Gross monthly salary of 1,430 € increasing to 1,700 € after two years.
• 13th salary equal to one gross monthly salary.
