About the role

As a Sales Representative for the HoReCa segment, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with hospitality and food service customers in the Split area. The role combines field visits, portfolio management and collaborative work with internal departments to drive sales growth for METRO Cash & Carry.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate daily with customers and conduct commercial field visits.
• Manage a portfolio of customers independently and achieve sales targets.
• Proactively handle customer relations from information provision to query resolution.
• Register new customers and define working models with them.
• Analyze and report on customer visits and portfolio turnover.
• Maintain accurate customer data in the database.
• Coordinate with other departments to optimise order processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience.
• Knowledge of the HoReCa and/or FMCG market.
• Active driver’s licence (category B).
• Strong analytical and organisational abilities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to learn continuously.

Required skills

• English language proficiency.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
