About the role
We are looking for a friendly and motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our Froddo shop on Ilica street in Zagreb. You will be the face of the store, helping customers find the right children’s and women’s footwear while ensuring a smooth checkout experience.
Key responsibilities
- Sell children’s and women’s shoes to customers.
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately.
- Communicate with customers, answer questions and provide product advice.
- Maintain product presentation, arrange displays and keep the shop window attractive.
- Receive and process returns, manage stock deliveries.
Required profile
- Basic computer skills, preferably with the MS Office suite.
- Strong communication abilities.
- Knowledge of a foreign language is a plus.
- Education in commerce or a related field is advantageous.
- Previous sales experience is desirable but not mandatory.
