About the role

We are looking for a motivated and responsible individual to join our garden centre team as a fruit nursery sales advisor. You will work directly with customers, helping them choose the right fruit varieties and providing guidance on planting and maintenance.

Key responsibilities

• Advise customers on fruit trees, planting techniques, and care requirements.
• Receive, organize, and maintain the stock of planting material.
• Keep the sales area and plant displays clean and attractive.
• Assist shoppers in selecting suitable fruit varieties for their needs.
• Collaborate with colleagues from other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Required profile

• Completed secondary school or higher education in fruit horticulture, agronomy, horticulture or a related field.
• Preferably some experience working with plants or in sales (considered an advantage).
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Responsible, independent, and ready to work as part of a team.
