About the role
The Sales Advisor will work on the shop floor of Elipso stores, assisting customers with a wide range of technical products and ensuring smooth store operations.
Key responsibilities
- Promote and sell white appliances, televisions, IT equipment, mobile phones and small household devices.
- Provide attentive customer service, answering questions and offering product recommendations.
- Handle warehouse tasks such as moving, loading and unloading merchandise.
- Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately.
Required profile
- Experience in retail sales or customer‑facing roles.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and transporting goods.
- Basic numeracy and attention to detail for cash handling.
- Friendly attitude and good communication skills.
