About the role

The Sales Advisor will work in the white‑goods and small‑appliance department of a leading retail chain. You will guide customers, ensure the department is well presented and help achieve sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Sell products and provide professional advice to customers.
• Prepare and label incoming merchandise for the sales floor.
• Meet departmental sales targets and increase turnover through quality service.
• Monitor sales documentation and maintain accurate pricing.
• Acquire product knowledge by communicating with suppliers.
• Assist in handling customer complaints and participate in inventory counts.
• Keep the department clean, organized and well‑stocked.
• Protect merchandise, equipment and work resources from loss or damage.
• Support store operations such as moving goods and other tasks assigned by supervisors.

Required profile

• Minimum secondary education, preferably with a trade focus.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar retail sales role.
• Honest, accurate and able to handle confidential information responsibly.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and a customer‑oriented attitude.
• Team player, adaptable and open to change.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
