About the role

Harvey Norman Croatia is looking for a motivated Sales Advisor to join the audio‑video and computer department in its Pula store. You will be the main point of contact for customers, helping them choose the right products and ensuring a smooth purchase experience.

Key responsibilities

• Sell audio‑video and computer products while providing expert advice to customers.
• Prepare newly received merchandise for sale, label it with prices and ensure proper placement on the shop floor.
• Assist with moving goods within the store as needed.
• Achieve department sales targets and increase turnover through high‑quality customer service.
• Maintain accurate sales documentation and monitor stock levels.
• Continuously acquire product knowledge by communicating with suppliers.
• Participate in handling customer complaints, inventory counts, and price checks.
• Protect merchandise, equipment and work resources from theft or damage.

Required profile

• Minimum secondary education, preferably with a focus on trade.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar retail sales role.
• Proficiency with computers, especially MS Office.
• Good understanding of the sales process.
• Honesty, accuracy and responsible handling of confidential data.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and a team‑oriented attitude.
