About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join Babić Bakery’s field team in Split. The role involves maintaining relationships with existing customers, expanding the client base, and ensuring our bakery products are well‑presented across sales points throughout the assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

• Visit existing customers and sales locations according to a predefined schedule.
• Maintain and improve business cooperation with the current customer base.
• Develop and grow the network of customers in the assigned area.
• Handle daily distribution tasks such as order processing, returns, and assortment management.
• Monitor sales performance against targets and report results.
• Ensure product availability, visibility, and proper presentation at sales points.

Required profile

• Secondary school (SSS), vocational (VŠS) or higher education (VSS) qualification.
• Valid category B driver’s licence and willingness to work in the field.
• Strong communication, sales and organisational abilities.
• Motivation and professional attitude are essential.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of the MS Office suite.
