About the role

As a Sales Representative for the HoReCa channel, you will be the key link between Maraska’s premium liqueur and alcoholic beverage portfolio and hospitality venues in Zagreb and its surroundings. Your daily activities will directly influence brand presence and growth within restaurants, cafés and hotels.

Key responsibilities

• Visit assigned hospitality establishments according to a planned route.
• Identify and acquire new key accounts to increase sales and expand distribution.
• Promote, propose and negotiate sales of Maraska’s product range.
• Negotiate and sign annual contracts with customers, ensuring compliance with sales policy.
• Organise and execute sales‑boosting activities and suggest new initiatives aligned with brand standards.
• Monitor product assortment presence in each venue and keep records up to date.
• Maintain and update the customer database.
• Report and track sales results.
• Observe competitor actions and market trends in the HoReCa channel.

Required profile

• Secondary school or higher education (SSS / VŠS).
• At least 1 year of experience in HoReCa or field sales.
• Valid B‑category driver’s licence.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Understanding of sales processes and basic computer use.
• Goal‑oriented, persistent and positive attitude.
• Team‑player with openness to collaboration.
