About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Representative / Delivery professional to join our team in Zadar. The position blends front‑line customer interaction with the responsibility of delivering products on time, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience for our clients while supporting warehouse activities.

Key responsibilities

• Visit existing customers to maintain relationships, address their needs and identify upselling opportunities.
• Prospect and generate new customers within the assigned territory, expanding the company’s market reach.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to provide actionable insights for sales strategies.
• Deliver goods to customers, guaranteeing punctuality, proper handling and accurate documentation.
• Assist with warehouse operations, including order picking, stock organization and preparation for dispatch.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Reliable, punctual and capable of working independently.
• Valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record.
• Physical fitness for handling and transporting goods safely.
