About the role

You will work in a dynamic call‑center environment, contacting potential customers, listening carefully to their needs and matching them with the most suitable service offering. The position focuses on selling the leading tele‑operator services in Croatia.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Identify customer needs and propose appropriate service packages.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales outcomes.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.

Required profile

• Motivation to learn and grow in a sales environment.
• Result‑oriented mindset.
• Team player who collaborates well with colleagues.
• Preferably some experience in tele‑sales or call‑center work, but not mandatory.
