Process Mining Data Scientist

About the role

Join the digital transformation team at ANDRITZ Digital Factory as a Process Mining Data Scientist. You will help the organization understand, analyse and improve its business processes by turning complex data into actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with process owners to design data‑driven solutions that add value and streamline operations.
• Build and maintain data models, dashboards, reports and ETL pipelines for internal business customers.
• Gather business requirements, advise on data preparation, and support root‑cause analysis of results.
• Identify relevant process KPIs and contribute to process‑improvement projects.
• Ensure data governance, including user access, data integrity and system support.
• Apply advanced statistics and machine‑learning techniques to extract business insights.
• Provide end‑user training, support and ongoing system administration.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Economics or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience with Process Mining tools (e.g., Celonis, Signavio, UiPath, MS Power Automate).
• Strong analytical background with experience in business intelligence and reporting.
• Good knowledge of ERP processes, especially SAP S/4HANA.
