About the role

We are looking for a Legal Representative (m/f) to join our team in Zagreb. The role involves handling claims processing, representing the company in court, and ensuring compliance with evolving legislation.

Key responsibilities

• Independently manage core tasks related to claims processing.
• Represent the company in judicial proceedings.
• Participate in monitoring and analysing the work of external lawyers.
• Monitor, control and improve claims handling procedures in court and regression processes.
• Track new legal regulations and align internal processes accordingly.
• Prepare analytical reports on claim resolution in court and regression contexts.
• Assist in the preparation and control of claim reserves.

Required profile

• University degree in law (VSS, graduate of law).
• Passed the judicial exam.
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
