About the role

We are looking for a Legal Advisor to join our Legal Affairs and Compliance Monitoring sector. You will support Allianz Croatia’s insurance activities by ensuring regulatory alignment and providing legal expertise across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Align internal documentation and acts with current regulations and Group standards.
• Provide legal opinions on insurance operations to internal business units.
• Participate in the development of new insurance products, redesign of existing ones, and support the introduction of new technologies.
• Monitor regulatory changes in the insurance sector, assess their impact on products, clients and the company, and propose necessary actions.
• Collaborate with colleagues from other Allianz entities worldwide.

Required profile

• Higher education in law (VSS pravo).
• High motivation, independence, resourcefulness and excellent command of English.
• Interest in AI tools and AI‑enhanced work environments (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot).
• Experience with insurance law or related legal work is a plus but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with AI assistance tools such as ChatGPT and Copilot.
