About the role
Join BASF’s Digital Hub for Care Chemicals as a Power Platform Developer. You will create and maintain low‑code business applications and automations that streamline operations and improve transparency across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Design, build, and support canvas Power Apps for mobile, tablet, and web usage.
- Create Power Automate cloud flows for approvals, notifications, routing, SLA reminders and reporting.
- Model data structures and implement secure storage in Dataverse (or SharePoint where appropriate).
- Develop model‑driven apps in Dataverse, including forms, views, business rules and role‑based UX.
- Produce Power BI reports and dashboards with semantic models, DAX measures and user‑friendly visuals.
- Integrate enterprise data sources using standard connectors and APIs.
- Apply governance and ALM practices: manage environments, solutions, deployments, monitoring and support.
- Facilitate requirement workshops, write clear user stories and iterate with stakeholder feedback.
- Document solutions and enable adoption through training and handover.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience with Power Apps and Power Automate in business scenarios.
- Proven experience with Dataverse data modeling and security roles.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain Power BI reports for business users.
- Strong communication skills to translate business needs into functional solutions.
- Ownership mindset – deliver, stabilize and continuously improve solutions in production.
