About the role

We are looking for a Sales Assistant to support our personal vehicle sales team in Split. The role involves providing operational and administrative assistance, interacting with customers and handling sales documentation. You will work closely with sales managers to ensure smooth transaction processes and contribute to achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Provide operational and administrative support to the sales team.
• Participate in daily sales activities and follow‑up tasks.
• Communicate with customers, answer inquiries and maintain relationships.
• Process and manage sales documentation accurately.

Required profile

• Secondary school or higher education in economics or a technical field.
• Preferably some experience in sales.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Good computer literacy.
• Strong communication, negotiation and organizational abilities, team spirit and willingness to learn.

Required skills

• Computer literacy (e.g., Microsoft Office, basic IT tools).
