About the role

We are looking for a motivated Assistant Hospitality Worker to join our team in Pula. You will support daily kitchen operations, handle material logistics and ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards.

Key responsibilities

• Load, unload, transport and store goods and materials.
• Process raw ingredients and food items.
• Assist in preparing simple and complex dishes and maintain a clean kitchen environment.
• Follow technical instructions, occupational safety, fire protection and sanitary regulations.
• Operate in accordance with the HACCP system.
• When required, manage food line billing, close the cash register and hand over daily takings.

Required profile

• Ability to work in a fast‑paced kitchen environment.
• Commitment to safety, fire protection and hygiene standards.
• Willingness to follow HACCP procedures.
• Basic numeracy for cash handling.

Required skills

• Knowledge of HACCP system.
• Cash register operation.
