About the role

We are looking for a courteous and professional waiter to join our luxury 5‑star hotel in Pula. The successful candidate will welcome guests, present food and beverage options, and ensure a memorable dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and serve guests in a friendly and professional manner according to hotel standards.
• Present the food and beverage menu and actively recommend items to guests.
• Maintain continuous communication with guests and attend to their satisfaction throughout their stay.
• Handle order processing and payment for consumptions.
• Operate within the hotel’s operational system following standard procedures and business rules.

Required profile

• Secondary school diploma in hospitality.
• Preferable previous experience in a similar position.
• Active knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
• Additional foreign language knowledge is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills and guest‑oriented attitude.
• Professionalism, responsibility and a team‑work mindset.
