About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic assistant cook to join the team at Vila Collina in Mrzlo Polje. The role supports daily kitchen operations, ensuring food is prepared, stored and served efficiently. Ficlek Zagorja d.o.o. operates the venue, offering meals to guests and staff.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and portion raw ingredients, ensuring freshness and proper portion sizes.
- Assist in cooking and plating dishes, supporting the chef during meal preparation.
- Store food items in appropriate conditions, manage inventory and keep stock organized.
- Distribute prepared meals to the on‑site canteen, ensuring timely service.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation, including regular cleaning of surfaces and equipment.
